Giuseppe Grassi received the laurea degree in Electronic Engineering (with honors) from the Università di Bari, Bari, Italy, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Politecnico di Bari, Bari, Italy, in 1994. In 1994 he joined the Dipartimento di Ingegneria dell’Innovazione, Università di Lecce, Lecce,Italy, where he is currently a Professor of Electrical Engineering. His research interests include cellular neural networks theory and applications, stability of nonlinear systems, neural networks applied to photovoltaic systems, chaotic and hyperchaotic circuits, synchronization properties and chaos-based cryptography. He has published 55 papers in international journals and 95 papers in proceedings of international conferences. From 2004 to 2007 he served as an Associate Editor for the Dynamics of Impulsive Continuous and Discrete Time Systems-series B. Since 2008 he serves as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transaction on CAS-II. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and a member of the IEEE Technical Committee on Nonlinear Circuits and Systems. |
